Meet Jennifer S. Caradine, one of MSM’s new additions to our board of directors!
Jennifer is Counsel in the Land and Natural Resource Development and the Commercial Law Practice Groups in Jackson Kelly’s Morgantown, West Virginia, office. Her practice includes a variety of real estate transactions, focusing on oil and gas property acquisitions, divestitures, title examinations and curative work in addition to commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Caradine received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethany College in 1996 and a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2003. She served as Associate Chief Justice on the Moot Court Board in 2002. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Caradine has served as co‑chair on the United Way Corporate Volunteer Council and as United Way Employee Campaign Coordinator. In addition to her role on MSM’s board of directors, she is a member of Leadership Monongalia Class of 2006 and serves as vice president of the board of directors for PACE Enterprises, Inc.
