Garlow Building

364 High Street

When a fire demolished the block of buildings on the east side of High Street between Fayette and Wall Street on April 14, 1927, Aaron J. Garlow announced that he would be the first to rebuild. Fulfilling that promise, he constructed this building in 1928 to replace the original four-story Garlow Building that had existed at this site.
